How it works

Apply and get approved

Fill out the application below. We review applications within 2 business days and approve affiliates who fit the program. Once approved, you receive a unique referral link and affiliate ID.

Refer a qualified company.

Send your referral link to anyone who could benefit from Growth Limit's services. If they book a strategy call, we determine fit, and if they sign a retainer, you are credited as the referring affiliate automatically.

Earn monthly.

Once your referral becomes a paying client, you earn 10% of their monthly retainer for the engagement’s lifetime. Commission is paid on a net-30 basis after client payment confirmation.

If you run paid campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, or YouTube and want to promote Growth Limit directly, ad-based promotion is permitted with prior approval of the creative. See the allowed channels section for details.

  • Private community recommendations in Slack, Discord, and Circle groups
  • Direct referrals via phone, email, or personal introduction
  • Comparison and review pages on your own site
  • Webinars and live events where Growth Limit is disclosed as a sponsor
Not allowed
  • Bidding on Growth Limit branded keywords in paid search
  • Impersonating Growth Limit or Dennis Shirshikov in any format
  • Making guarantees about results that Growth Limit has not published
  • Spam email campaigns to purchased or rented lists
  • Incentivized or paid reviews presented as organic opinions
  • Coupon or cashback sites claiming discounts Growth Limit does not offer
  • Misleading claims about pricing, deliverables, or outcomes
  • Any promotion on platforms that violate Growth Limit's terms of service

COMMISSION RATE

10% of monthly retainer

Calculated on the net retainer charged to the client each month, excluding any directly passed-through third-party costs.

COMMISSION RATE

Client engagement

Commission continues as long as the referred client remains on an active retainer with Growth Limit. There is no time limit or sliding scale.

Payment timing

Net-30 after client payment

Commission is paid via bank transfer or PayPal within 30 days of confirmed client payment for the relevant month.

Minimum payout

$250 per payment cycle

Balances below $250 roll to the next month. There is no maximum payout limit.

Attribution window

90 days from first click

If a referred visitor signs a retainer within 90 days of clicking your affiliate link, the referral is credited to your account.

Qualified referrals

Companies at $1M+ ARR

Commission is paid on referrals that convert to a signed retainer. Leads that don’t sign or are declined by Growth Limit don’t generate commission.

Program termination

Either party with 30 days notice

Commission on existing active clients continues for 90 days after affiliate agreement termination.

Disclosure requirement

Required on all promotional content

Per FTC guidelines, all promotional content must disclose the affiliate relationship. Growth Limit provides disclosure language templates on request.
