01 / Challenge
An individual real estate agent had built a strong referral business but was invisible to non-network sellers in their market. The brokerage-supplied digital presence was generic and didn't differentiate. Sellers researching agents online, increasingly the norm, were finding bigger firms first, despite the agent being the better operator locally.
02 / Approach
We built a personal-brand site with neighborhood-level authority content: market reports per submarket, listing-history showcases, agent-as-source local commentary, schema-rich agent profile, and hyperlocal landing pages for the seven core neighborhoods. The whole system was built to convert a researcher into a listing appointment.

Within six months the agent ranked first for 38 neighborhood-level seller-intent queries, sourced 14 listings directly from organic, and saw GCI volume grow materially. The site now functions as a 24/7 inbound channel that the rest of the business compounds on.

- +220% organic visibility over 6 months
- 14 listings sourced directly from organic in year 1
- $8.2M in attributable transaction volume
