A DTC body care brand was 90 days from public launch with a Webflow staging environment that had accumulated technical debt across schema, product taxonomy, accessibility, image handling, and Core Web Vitals. None of it was visible in marketing screenshots, and all of it would have compromised launch SEO for the first 6-12 months in market. New DTC brands don't get those months back.

We audited the entire staging environment and produced a comprehensive document cataloguing 30 critical issues with screenshots, severity ratings, and proposed resolutions. We then implemented: product schema across all 12 SKUs, accessibility compliance, image optimization, structured product taxonomy, Core Web Vitals tuning, and the missing internal linking architecture that DTC brands consistently underbuild.
