01 / Challenge

The platform served three distinct audiences (property owners, real estate investors, travelers) and needed to fill the top of three different funnels through a single site. Paid channels were saturated; the brand was strong in a handful of markets but invisible in most of the country. They had property-level data nobody else did, and weren't using it as an SEO asset.

02 / Approach

We turned their proprietary market data into the asset class it always was. A revenue-projection calculator became the conversion event; programmatic city pages (7,000+ U.S. markets) became the discovery layer. Each city page surfaced real ADR, occupancy, and revenue data with an inline calculator that gated to an owner-acquisition flow. Investor and traveler funnels were layered on top with shared infrastructure.

Owner inquiries grew faster than the team could onboard them, a high-class problem that produced its own follow-up engagement.
